Adam Wasserman, Managing Partner, GLD Partners
Adam Wasserman is GLDPartners Managing Partner and has a senior background in economic strategy, project finance, infrastructure development, ports management and public policy. Adam has an extensive knowledge of transportation, global logistics, infrastructure, economic development and finance.
Adam has experience in the public and private sectors in the US and Europe in senior leadership roles in ports and economic development. Adam planned and delivered large infrastructure and property projects such as the redevelopment of a 350 acre site to a maritime-oriented industrial district, a new $600M marine terminal & 1200 acre international logistics park and the development of a port hinterland district around the UK’s largest ports complex. Adam has public policy experience in the US and Europe leading efforts to gain support from the US federal government, UK Government and the EU.
Jason M. Hickey, President of Hickey and Associates, a Global Site Selection and Public Incentive Support Firm representing a diverse set of industries, which includes Consumer Products, Health Care, Aerospace/Defense and Renewable Energy, among many others. Notable clients have included UnitedHealth Group, Lockheed Martin and General Mills. Jason specializes in location selection strategies, federal incentives, loan guarantees, grants and the creation of other public/private partnerships. While working for the Firm, Jason has also assisted Elected Officials develop public policy recommendations, at both the Federal and State levels, including the White House Domestic Policy Council.
Since 2004, Ms. Fingar has been the Editor of fDi Magazine, a publication from the Financial Times Ltd that reports on cross-border investment for a senior-level executive readership. She has extensive public speaking experience having chaired conferences, moderated panels and made presentations to large audiences in the UK, Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. She is a regular panelist at key international events, and also has appeared on television and radio as a commentator on international investment. Before 2004, she served as the editor of Trade & Forfeiting Review (London). Up until2001, Ms. Fingar worked for the National Journal Group (Washington) as a reporter and editor for Global Business magazine. Ms Fingar has a BA in journalism from the University of Alabama (USA) and an MSc in International and European Politics from the University of Edinburgh (Scotland).
