Olivia Byrne is a Partner at K&L Gates, a law firm representing leading multinational corporations, growth and middle-market companies, capital markets participants, and entrepreneurs, as well as public sector entities, educational institutions, philanthropic organizations, and individuals. Olivia is a leading member of the firm’s U.S. site selection and economic incentives practice along with the real estate and public finance practices in the Washington, DC office. Her practice involves site selection for many different industries, including EV battery and materials manufacturing, OEM auto parts and components, industrial manufacturing, wood-based products and biofuels, data centers, food processing, as well as financial services, entertainment facilities, and hotels. She and her team represent companies inbound from abroad including Asia, Europe, and Canada, as well as U.S. companies relocating or expanding. Olivia is a key member of the K&L Gates’ opportunity zones (OZ) team for the incentive established by Congress in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017. Olivia focuses her real estate and finance practice on real estate transactions, financing transactions, public policy, and legislative counseling.
