Personalized Itinerary
Your itinerary is assembled via our online appointment system. A few weeks before the event, you will select the economic developers you want to meet with in prescheduled one-on-one meetings. As an attending Delegate, your meeting selections are always prioritized.
Typically you will spend 50% of your time in one-on-one meetings.
Your itinerary will be broken down as follows:
One-on-One meetings
These 30-minute meetings are held with economic developers to discuss your site selection projects. On average, Delegates will have 10-12 prescheduled appointments over the course of the event.
Mealtime meetings
Mealtimes are part of the meeting itinerary, and Delegates’ table seatings will be determined based on meeting preferences.
Executive Conference Program sessions
Our unique event experience will be supplemented by an all-star list of guest speakers, who will be making presentations and leading discussions on a number of hot-button issues.
Networking Events
Business Facilities LiveXchange offers multiple networking events where you can unwind and get better acquainted with your fellow Delegates and economic developers.
